An Innovative Process Design Model for Machined Surface Error Distribution Consistency in High-Efficiency Milling

In the process of high-efficiency milling, due to impact plunge caused by intermittent cutting milling cutter, there is a high frequency and small vibration between cutter workpiece. this paper, we construct transient model for tools under action vibration, analyze factors influencing consistency machined surface error its distribution. The design variables distribution are obtained, significance analysis carried out using central composite experimental response method, interaction studied, evaluation index proposed, method proposed validated. results verification experiments show that, compared with original scheme, two maximum errors corresponding new scheme on average 61.3% smaller than those old significantly improved scheme.
